An easy-to-use WordPress Plugin to add custom CSS styles that override Plugin and Theme default styles when RTL languages are enabled, without the need to modify the theme rtl.css file.

2. Download Custom RTL CSS from WordPress.org.

   从WordPress.org下载自定义RTL CSS。

4. Unzip the .zip file.

   解压缩.zip文件。

6. Upload the Plugin folder (custom-rtl-css) to the wp-content/plugins folder.

   将Plugin文件夹（custom-rtl-css）上传到wp-content / plugins文件夹。

8. Go to Plugins in Admin Panel and find the newly uploaded Plugin, “Custom RTL CSS” in the list.

   转到“管理面板”中的插件，然后在列表中找到新上传的插件“ Custom RTL CSS”。

10. Click Activate Plugin to activate it.

    点击激活插件将其激活。

12. Begin using the plugin by going to Appearance > Custom RTL CSS in the Admin Menu.
