获取到的证书序列号，如图

请求时返回：商户证书序列号有误。请使用签名私钥匹配的证书序列号

在进件接口的消息包的header里，Wechatpay-Serial=你上面下载的平台证书的serial_no，然后敏感信息加密算法里要使用该证书的key。
