Changes plugins display order in the admin, showing active plugins first.

更改插件在管理员中的显示顺序，首先显示活动的插件。

1. Upload display-active-plugins-first folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
2. 将 display-active-plugins-first 文件夹上载至 / wp-content / plugins / 目录。

3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
4. 通过WordPress中的“插件”菜单激活插件。
