This is a plugin that adds a twitter link to comments if the comment author uses an email connected to a twitter account.

1. Download the plugin archive and expand it (you’ve likely already done this).

3. Put the ‘PutTwitterurlOnComments’ folder into your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
