Create settings page in WP admin which allows to disableemove such things like Emoji, RESTful API, needless LINKs and METAs.

• disable REST API

To install this plugin:

要安装此插件：

1. Download plugin
2. 下载插件

3. Extract and copy plugins files to /wp-content/plugins/core-settings directory
4. 将插件文件提取并复制到/ wp-content / plugins / core-settings目录

5. Activate it (enter to /wp_admin, then choose plugins page, press activate plugin)
6. 激活它（进入/ wp_admin，然后选择“插件”页面，按激活插件）

7. Go to /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=core-settings%2Fcore-settings.php, check settings.
8. 转到/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=core-settings%2Fcore-settings.php，检查设置。
