当博客收到新评论时，及时通过手机短信的方式提醒管理员收到新评论。

1. 上传文件夹`tho_fetion`到博客插件目录`/wp-content/plugins/`
2. Upload the folder `tho_fetion` to the blog plugin directory` / wp-content / plugins /`

3. 然后再后台激活插件
4. Then activate the plugin in the background

5. 在“设置”->“评论小秘书”绑定飞信账号
6. bind Fetion account in "Settings"-> "Commentary Secretary"
