比如我们有个页面，需要上传功能，用户点击了按钮，弹出授权信息，不小心点击了拒绝，这时候再点击按钮，调用了wx.openSetting方法，但是却没有跳转到相应的页面，按理说，我调用这个方法，就应该正常打开设置页面。

要不然用户会一直没法进行拍照操作，形成一个BUG。

相同的代码，我在Taro上却能正常调用起来，但是在微信原生上却不行，这个有办法处理吗。
