This plugin adds new subscriber to Creamailer list on form submit if they have opted in for newsletter subscription.

如果他们选择了订阅新闻通讯，则此插件会将新的订阅者添加到“表单提交”的Creamailer列表中。

1. Unzip files to the /wp-content/plugins/cf7cm directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. 将文件解压缩到 / wp-content / plugins / cf7cm 目录，或直接通过WordPress插件屏幕安装插件。

3. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
4. 通过WordPress中的“插件”屏幕激活插件。

5. In Contact Form 7, click on Creamailer tab and fill required fields.
