RewardedVideoAd.onError初始化不执行

问题：进入小游戏后，初始化时绑定RewardedVideoAd.onError监听，当用户无广告，拉取失败时，无错误回调，开发者无法判断具体错误原因。

影响：这样的话，我们就没办法在用户进入小游戏初始化的时候判断用户是否有广告了，也就无法对应的展示广告触发按钮了。

另：需要点击广告触发场景，再次拉取广告后才会执行错误回调。
